A curated office house in the centre of Prague — a prestigious business address, work desks and private offices with reception, meeting rooms and full amenities. All prices are stated excluding VAT; value added tax at the statutory rate of 21 % is charged on top.

The house offers at most two private offices; they are sub-let exclusively to VAT payers (Sec. 56a(3) of the Czech VAT Act) and always in connection with the office-house service package.

Notes: Prices are monthly unless stated otherwise and are quoted excluding VAT; VAT of 21 % applies. Provision of a registered seat (business address) is always part of the office-house service package and is not offered separately. For private offices, the tenant must be a VAT payer. The activation fee, deposit, term and other conditions are governed by the RyeBase Office House Terms and Conditions (VOP). Prices are valid from 1 June 2026; RyeBase reserves the right to amend them. This price list is for information only and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract.
